Maintenance Plan
TrueWash Maintenance Plan Agreement
Last revised 26 August 2026
These are the terms of the Maintenance Plan. There is nothing to fill in here. If you are part way through signing up, read this and head back to your checkout when you are ready.
This agreement covers your TrueWash Maintenance Plan. We wrote it in plain English because we want you to actually read it. If anything here is unclear, call us at (843) 874-5500 and we will walk you through it.
1 Your plan
You have chosen the visit schedule marked above: Twice a Year (spring and fall), Three Times a Year (spring, summer, and fall), or a custom Estate Concierge schedule described in writing.
Every visit includes a full soft wash of your home plus porch, entryway, and detail touch-ups. Each visit covers standard organic growth removal (algae, mildew, and pollen buildup) based on your home's condition at the time of service.
2 Your price
Your plan price comes straight from your one-time quote for your home. Twice a Year members pay about 15% less per visit than one-time pricing. Three Times a Year members pay 20% less per visit. Your yearly plan total is split into 12 equal monthly payments, shown above.
Your monthly price is locked for the full 12-month term. It will not change mid-term for any reason. If pricing needs to adjust at renewal, we will tell you at least 30 days before your renewal date so you can decide before anything changes.
3 Billing
Your plan bills monthly by automatic payment to the card on file, on the same day each month. No invoices to chase and nothing to remember.
If a payment fails, we will let you know and retry the card. If it is still unresolved after 14 days, we will pause scheduled visits until billing is fixed. No late fees, we just pause.
4 Term, renewal, and cancellation
Your plan runs for 12 months from your start date and renews automatically each year so your visits and your locked price continue without interruption.
After your first 12 months, you can cancel anytime with written notice. An email or text is fine.
If you cancel during the first 12 months, we simply bill the visits you have already received at the regular one-time rate, minus everything you have paid so far. If you have paid more than the one-time value of the visits you received, we refund you the difference. There are no cancellation fees beyond that.
5 Your member benefits
- Priority scheduling ahead of one-time customers
- 10% off any additional service, anytime
- Photos sent after every visit
- Our guarantee: if anything is not right after a visit, we come back and make it right
6 What is not included
Your plan covers standard maintenance cleaning. The following are not included unless quoted separately in writing:
- Oxidation removal or restoration work
- Rust or oil remediation
- Heavy staining that requires specialty treatment
- Paint failure, damaged substrate, or pre-existing surface defects
- Areas that become inaccessible due to locked gates, landscaping changes, construction, or pets
- Interior gutter cleaning unless explicitly included in writing
Add-on care (exterior windows, roof treatment, Ipe and hardwood care, hardscape) can be added to your plan at any time. Add-ons are priced from their one-time quote the same way your plan is, and folded into your monthly payment.
7 Scheduling and access
We schedule each visit proactively by season and confirm the service window with you in advance. You agree to provide access to exterior areas, working exterior water, and open gates on service days. Please move vehicles from driveways when possible. You do not need to be home.
8 Weather
If weather or unsafe conditions force a reschedule, we complete your visit at the next available window at no penalty to you. Members are rescheduled first.
9 Photos
We may take exterior photos for quality control and to send you before-and-after results. We never post your address or identifying details without your written permission.
10 Care and pre-existing conditions
We use soft washing methods designed to protect delicate finishes, and we carry $2 million in liability insurance. Some materials (aged paint, cedar, Ipe, porous masonry) can have pre-existing conditions that affect results. We will point these out when we see them, and we are not responsible for pre-existing defects or failures.
11 The basics
This agreement is governed by South Carolina law. It is the entire agreement between you and TrueWash for the Maintenance Plan and replaces any earlier versions. Questions anytime: (843) 874-5500 or admin@gotruewash.com.
