Service Disclaimer & Liability Policy

At TrueWash, we take every precaution to ensure your property is treated with care and respect. Our technicians are trained, insured, and use professional-grade equipment and cleaning solutions designed for safety and longevity.

However, due to the nature of exterior cleaning and preexisting conditions of certain surfaces, unexpected results or issues may occasionally occur — such as minor paint oxidation, loose siding, or water intrusion through pre-damaged seals.

While we always do our best to prevent these situations, by using our services you acknowledge that:

TrueWash is not liable for preexisting damage or unforeseen outcomes resulting from normal cleaning procedures.

You have disclosed any known issues prior to service (e.g., loose trim, paint damage, electrical exposure).

Our team will always act in good faith to minimize risk and address concerns professionally.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction — if an issue arises, we’ll work with you to make it right whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy

At TrueWash, we are committed to providing exceptional service while maintaining a fair schedule for our clients and technicians.

Non-Refundable Deposit

A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellation After Rescheduling

If an appointment is rescheduled one or more times and later canceled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

No-Call, No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount.

We understand emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible if adjustments are needed.
By booking with TrueWash, you agree to these terms.

SMS Messaging Terms

TrueWash is a mobile-based vehicle detailing service with an in-person shop, providing vehicle value preservation and exterior paint enhancement services.

You may cancel SMS messaging at any time by texting STOP.

After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.
