For a full house wash, plan on $500 to $675 under 2,000 sq ft. Plan on $600 to $800 for 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft. Plan on $700 to $950 for 3,000 to 4,000 sq ft, and $900 to $1,500 above that. Island and raised beach homes run higher. Tall three story homes can run higher. Outside windows are free with it, and we set the price in person.
Is soft washing safe for old stucco and brick?
Yes, that is why we use it. High pressure can push water into old stucco and soft mortar. We use low pressure and a rinse about as strong as heavy rain.
Do you clean piazzas?
Yes. Porch ceilings, columns, rails and floors are part of a full house wash. They collect pollen film and mildew fast.
How do you handle parking on a narrow street?
We plan it before the day. We ask where the truck can park and how to reach each side of the home.
Can you wash the house while I am at work?
Yes. We need an outside spigot and access to each side. We send photos of the whole house when we finish.
