What plans typically cost
Most full exterior details in Charleston run between $800 and $3,500 depending on the size and complexity of the home. Here is what that looks like as a monthly plan:

Maintenance plan FAQ
- How is my price set?
- Straight from your one-time quote. Twice-a-year members get about 15% off every visit, three-times-a-year members get 20% off every visit, and the yearly total is split into 12 equal monthly payments.
- Is there a contract?
- Plans run for 12 months and renew each year so your visits and locked price continue without interruption. You can cancel anytime after the first year. If you need to cancel early, we simply bill the visits you have already received at the regular one-time rate, less what you have paid so far.
- When do you come out?
- We schedule each visit proactively by season and confirm with you ahead of time. Members are scheduled ahead of one-time customers, so your home is never waiting in line.
- Do I need to be home?
- No. As long as we have access to exterior water and any gates, we complete the visit while you are out and send photos of the finished result.
- What if something needs attention between visits?
- Reach out anytime. Members get priority scheduling and 10% off any additional service between plan visits. And our guarantee always applies: if anything is not right after a visit, we come back and make it right.
- What about very large or waterfront properties?
- For estates and waterfront homes that need more frequent care, our quarterly Estate Concierge plan is scoped custom to the property. Request a free assessment and we will build it around your home.
