We price it to your home
If we've washed your house before, your plan price is already set from that job. If not, the price-range tool gives you a number in a minute and a visit confirms it.
Two visits a year, on the calendar
Spring after the pollen and fall before the damp months. We text you ahead of time; you don't need to be home.
One price, locked
Your monthly rate is fixed for as long as you're on the plan. Priority scheduling means you're never behind the one-time queue.

What it costs
Most homes land between $89 and $175 a month depending on size and stories. That works out to less than two one-time washes a year, spread into a payment you don't feel, with the price locked.

Do I have to be home?
No. We text before each visit, hook up to your exterior water, move furniture and plants as needed and put everything back.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the link in your confirmation text. No contract, no cancellation fee.
What if I need something in between visits?
Members get priority scheduling for any extra work, and add-ons like driveways and windows at member pricing.
How is the monthly price set?
It's your house wash price, twice a year, spread across twelve months with a plan discount. It is set once and does not change while you're a member.
Is this a contract?
It's a month-to-month subscription handled by Stripe. Your card is charged monthly and you can pause or cancel from your confirmation link.
